Summary
This is the first release of Mizura. Their focus is a basic integration between Jira Issues and EA usecases, with a simple and manually configurable mapper file. The MDA Connector will be treated in a future version. Also, the formal user documentation is not covered, yeat. About Mizura version's names, it will follow the Saturn moons, in a discovered dates order.
This release took 180 hours of work and is being delivered on time, but only with one way synchronization, from EA elements to Jira issues.
This occurred for two main reasons:
First, because I could not work as much as I like expected.
And second, because the architecture of connectors showed more complicated than I thinked.
I believe that I created a flexible architecture, that can be extended in a second moment (like any framework expect), although an effective refactory must be applied to optimize its internal structures.
The code released contains no compilation errors, and can be used in production environents securely, although an user documentation is unavailable yet.
To compile Mizura, a JDK 1.5+ 32 bits (and only 32 bits - nor x64) are necessary, since Enterprise Architect API (used internally) does not work in x64 environments. Also, to deploy Mizura, you should use any Windows environment (again, due the Enterprise Achitect API dependencies).
